Paul Steinke, Managing Director
Paul has twenty-four years of professional experience in providing business and financial consulting services. His background includes mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory services, private debt and equity transactions, corporate development, business strategy, financial audits and internal financial controls evaluation.
Prior to forming Dunning Capital, Paul originated and managed merger, acquisition and financing assignments in the Raleigh office of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC from 1993 to 2000, then again from 2001 to 2002. At E&Y, he served clients operating in the manufacturing, technology, consumer products, and the health and life sciences industries. From 2000 to 2001, Paul was Vice President of Corporate Finance at BTI, a $280 million regional telephone company. Prior to joining E&Y, he was with National City Corporation (a $98 billion commercial bank based in Cleveland, Ohio).
Paul holds a BA in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science from Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

David Swintosky, Managing Director
David has seventeen years of professional experience in providing business and financial consulting services. His background includes mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory services, initial public offerings and secondary offerings of debt and equity, private debt and equity transactions, restructuring, corporate development, business strategy, financial audits and internal financial controls evaluation.
Prior to forming Dunning Capital, David operated a financial consulting practice from 2000 to 2002. From 1995 to 2000, he worked in the Corporate Finance and the Entrepreneurial Services Groups of Ernst & Young LLC in Raleigh, NC. From 1992 to 1995, he held positions with Price Waterhouse, LLP and Concours, Inc., both located in Milwaukee, WI.
David holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Wisconsin State University at Oshkosh. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Association for Corporate Growth, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the NC Association of CPA's.

Sarah Coleman, Intern
Sarah is a senior at North Carolina State University. She will receive her bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in marketing in the spring of 2009. Sarah hopes to obtain her MBA in the next 5 years. |

Kyle is a Business major, finance concentration, in the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He plans to work in the financial services industry and hopes to accomplish an MBA and CFA in the future. |
